Terms of Service!
Personal Use: Personal use only can not use in any commercial or get any profit from it.
Commercial Use: Commercial use can use to get any profit, reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction.
✦ I will draw fanart and OC (also character from ffxiv) with any couples gender!
✦ I will not draw whole furry/whole mecha.
✦ Things that will be charged super-long hair, fur, detailed outfit, detailed tattoo, armor, mecha or cyber part.
✦ Custom character is character that I will design from the brief as Character design.
✦ This price is for personal use only, for commercial use the price will have extra charge x2 from original amount.
(Vtuber commission is already counting as commercial use)
✦ This Commissions are not allowed to be minted for NFT.
✦ I reserve the right to share a WIPs process of the commissions on my social media to promote the work and showcase my skills.
✦ I own the full right to the artwork. I will be published on my site and my Twitter as my portfolio. If you don't want me to post on any of my site, please inform me beforehand, It will be plus 25% from total amount from commission.
Payment
✦ Full payment before start.
✦ I will reserve a queue slot after the total amount is paid.
✦ Payment via Krungsri (KMA), Promptpay and Stripe
✦ NO REFUND is allowed please make sure before sending the form and unless I am unable to finish your commission. I will refund your payment in full
Process
✦ Place your commission to my DM or discord.
✦ Discuss about the brief and price, wait until you get an invoice.
✦ The first update sketch will delivered in 1 week.
✦ Please check the sketch thoroughly during sketch process.
✦ Sketch can be edit for 3 edits. except artist did some detail wrong.
✦ After you approve the sketch the major adjustment is not allowed,
minor adjustment such as color or small adjustment is okay !
✦ The finished work expected to be done in 2 - 3 weeks.
If the work use too much time and delay I will be notice.
✦ If you want to rush the commissions please notice me, It will charge 30-60% of total amount depends on how rush it is.

ใช้เชิงพาณิชย์: ใช้สำหรับงานเชิงพาณิชย์หรือผลประโยชน์ทางการค้า
✦ ผมวาดงานแฟนอาร์ตและงานออริจินอลไม่ว่าจะเป็นเพศไหนฮะ !
✦ สิ่งที่ผมไม่วาดคือ furry เต็มตัว หรือ mecha เต็มตัวคับผม
✦ สิ่งที่จะมีคิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มจะมี ผมที่ยาวมากๆ ผมหนามากๆ ขน ชุดที่มีดีเทลสูง รอยสักที่มีดีเทลเยอะ ชุดเกราะ และชิ้นส่วนหุ่นยนต์ฮะ
✦ ราคาของคอมมิชชั่นที่เห็นทั้งหมดจะเป็นราคาสำหรับใช้ส่วนตัว ถ้าสำหรับใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ราคาจะเป็น x2 จากราคาเดิมคับ
(Vtuber model คอมมิชชั่น จะถูกรวมราคาเชิงพาณิชน์ไว้อยู่แล้วนะฮะ !)
✦ คอมมิชชั่นนี้ไม่อนุญาตให้นำไปใช้ใน NFT หรือกรณีที่คล้ายกันในทุกกรณีนะคับ
✦ นักวาดมีสิทธิโพสภาพ WIP หรือขั้นตอน,เบื้องหลังการทำงาน ลงบน social media ต่างๆของนักวาดเพื่อใช้ในการโปรโมท
✦ ลิขสิทธิ์ของชิ้นงานจะเป็นของนักวาด นักวาดสามารถเผยแพร่งาน และนำมาเป็น portfolio ในช่องทาง social media ของนักวาดได้
ถ้าหากลูกค้ามีความประสงค์จะไม่เผยแพร่งานคอมมิชชั่น หรือ เก็บงานเป็นความลับ สามารถแจ้งนักวาดได้เลย แต่จำเป็นที่จะต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
คิดเป็น 25% จากราคาเต็มของคอมมิชชั่น เพราะทำให้นักวาดขาดโอกาสในการที่จะโปรโมทหรือแสดงความสามารถของตัวเองฮะ
การชำระค่าใช้จ่าย
✦ ชำระเงินเต็มจำนวน เพื่อเป็นการคอนเฟิร์มคิวงาน หากไม่สามารถชำระได้ตามกำหนดจะถือว่ายกเลิกทันที
✦ ชำระผ่านช่องทางบัญชีธนาคาร, พร้อมเพย์ และ Stripe (สกุลเงิน USD เท่านั้น)
✦ เมื่อเริ่มงานไปแล้วไม่สามารถยกเลิกการว่าจ้างและขอคืนเงินได้ ทางลูกค้าจะต้องแจ้งยกเลิกงานก่อนที่นักวาดจะเริ่มงาน จึงจะสามารถคืนมัดจำได้เต็มจำนวน
ขั้นตอนการทำงาน
✦ ติดต่อช่องทางต่างๆ DM หรือ discord เพื่อพูดคุยรายละเอียด commission และ ราคา.
✦ เมื่อเราตกลงราคา เดธไลน์ และตารางงานได้แล้ว นักวาดจะทำใบเสนอราคาเพื่อยื่นให้ทางลูกค้า เพื่อชำระเงินเป็นจำนวนเต็ม เพื่อเป็นการคอนเฟิร์มคิว
✦ sketch แรกจะส่งอัปเดตภายใน 1 อาทิตย์ เพื่อเป็นการคอนเฟิร์มก่อนจะเริ่มงานขั้นตอนต่อไป
✦ ตัว sketch ลูกค้าสามารถขอแก้ปรับจุดได้ 3 ครั้ง หากต้องการนอกเนื้อจากโควต้าที่มีให้ จะมีค้าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
✦ หลังจากที่ approve sketch แล้วไม่สามารถปรับแก้ได้ นอกจากจุดเล็กๆหรือเปลี่ยนสีบางจุดที่เล็กจริงๆ
✦ งานคอมมิชชั่นทั้งหมดจะใช้เวลาอย่างน้อย 2-3 อาทิตย์ ลูกค้าต้องการเร่งงานสามารถเจ้งได้เลยฮะ เเต่จะมีการคิดค่าเร่งงานเพิ่ม โดยจะคิดเป็นจำนวน 30-60% ของราคาเต็ม ขึ้นอยู่กับว่าลูกค้าจะเร่งงานเร็วขนาดไหน
